
Stephanie Skrbin is a seasoned commercial real estate veteran with over 19 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. She specializes in retail Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Investment Sales, and has successfully completed transactions in excess of $650M over her career.
Prior to joining Axiom, Stephanie was a Principal at Edge Realty Partners where she secured transactions for clients including Combined Properties, Red Mountain Retail Group, Haagen Company, Party City/Halloween City, Citi Trends, Crumbl Cookies, Everbowl, Medly, Upperline Health, L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Wendy’s and El Pollo Loco.
Before joining Edge, she was a Principal at Avison Young and served as Global Head of the Retail Affinity Group, AY’s retail platform. During her tenure at AY, she consulted on the repositioning of several regional malls throughout the country, including Collin Creek Mall and Tri County Mall, as well as a new mixed-use development in Austin, TX. Additionally, she advised tenants on their national and Southern California expansion programs.
Prior to AY, Stephanie was a Principal at Lee & Associates-LA where she successfully implemented merchandising and leasing strategies for notable projects such as the Shoppes at Westlake Village, Burbank Collection, and multiple projects within the downtown Santa Monica district.
She also served as a Leasing Representative at General Growth Properties where her responsibilities included leasing their existing regional mall portfolio in the San Francisco Bay area, as well as ground up developments in Northern California.
Prior to that, Stephanie served as a broker with Staubach Retail where she transacted leases on behalf of Rite Aid, Dave & Buster’s, Buca di Beppo, CarMax, Wachovia, MetroPCS and others. She began her career at CBRE where she was a member of the firm’s #1 retail team in Southern California, focused on the regional expansion of multiple national credit retailers, including Target, Office Depot, CVS, Panda Express, Daphne’s Greek Café, Washington Mutual and T-Mobile, as well as the disposition of multiple STNL portfolios. She was named National Broker of the Year by Panera Bread Co for her work in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Stephanie has also been recognized by BizNow as one of the Top 5 Retail Brokers in Los Angeles County.
